Policytics provides automated analysis of publicly available terms of service. Our risk scores are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
2. Data Accuracy
Policies change constantly. While we update our database every 4 hours, we cannot guarantee 100% real-time accuracy. Always verify with the source.
3. Intellectual Property
Our scoring methodology and UI are proprietary. The policy texts themselves remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Availability
We are a non-profit project. We aim for 99.9% uptime but reserve the right to perform maintenance or limit API access at any time.
Privacy Policy
No Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics or pixels. Your search history is local.
No Cookies
We do not store persistent cookies. Preferences are saved in localStorage.
1. Data Collection
We collect zero personally identifiable information (PII). We do not know who you are. We do not want to know who you are.
2. Server Logs
Our servers transiently log IP addresses for security purposes (DDoS protection) but these logs are flushed every 24 hours.
3. Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or rent data to any third parties. We have no ad network integrations.
